We are pleased to announce that Ms. Katie Walker has joined the ICL team as a Contributing Writer.
Katie Walker is the Communications Director at American Life League – the nation’s largest grassroots Catholic pro-life organization, where she is in charge of advancing universal recognition of human personhood and the dignity of every human being’s life through traditional and new media.
A native of Cincinnati, Katie is the oldest of seven and graduated cum laude from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a degree in journalism and political science. While at NKU she served as founding president of Northern Right to Life and founding vice-president of Students for Life of Kentucky.
Before heading to Washington D.C. to work for the pro-life movement, Katie served in communications and fundraising for the Comboni Missionaries, an institute of Catholic priests dedicated to service of the poorest of the poor.
She has appeared on FOX News, MSNBC, The Laura Ingraham Show and CBN News as well as many local television and radio shows. Katie has been published in the Washington Post, the Remnant newspaper and Celebrate Life magazine and quoted in Reuters, OneNewsNow, World Net Daily and Politico.
