Catholic Poetry Room
This week’s poem in the Catholic Poetry Room is by Nicholas Bellacicco.

To Carry a Frog

God is holding you
in the palm of His hand.
Yet, you see yourself
as sand slipping through His fingers.
God is holding you
like a child carrying a frog.
Sealing every side safely shut,
as you hop around
bashing against His palms
praying for Him to help you.
