“For your love is better than life, my lips will speak your praise. So I will bless you all my life, in your name I will lift up my hands.” (Psalm 63:4-5)

Who else other than God can provide all that we need and desire? No one! Yet, God calls each of us to love others as He loves us. There is no higher calling than that to which God calls us. Indeed, life is incomplete if it is not lived in Christ who takes fallen men and women and makes them anew. Husbands, be Christ to your wife and children. Wives, be Christ to your husband and children. No greater gift can you give to your loved ones than to share the gift of God’s love that He gave to you.

As we journey through life with all its challenges, opportunities and blessings, do we see the truth in this? Truly, God’s love is better than life and forever we shall praise His Holy Name!
