Holy Week Approaches

Bethany[1]We are approaching the week in liturgical history when the Savior came to Jerusalem for the final time. We travel with Him to Bethany and the Holy City and we walk with Him in His final week of earthly life. But this time is far more than an historical reenactment of those days.  He redeemed mankind in history 2000 years ago, but He acts still in our day, interceding for us, setting us apart, making us holy and pleasing to God. So, how will you spend time with the Lord in the coming week? Have you set time aside to be with Him and to allow Him to be with you? What are your plans for Palm Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of Holy Week, Spy Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, the days of the Triduum, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday?
